Introducing Smart Directories, a new and innovative way to online Content and Directory websites. The concept started from SurfSmart owner Patti Tarell. As a web development veteran, Patti realized that there were 100′s of clients paying for websites to be developed and very few of the community, portal or directory type websites, ever made it past the start up stage. The reason? The clients didn’t commit enough effort to marketing and managing the website after it was created. If the site doesn’t start to make enough income or produce profit, most people do not want to keep it going.
Smart Directories alleviates this problem. We build websites as a team with dedicated professionals committing to building a better web. With a Shared Income program, the websites are set up by our web developers who receive no upfront payment for their work, but receive profit from future success of the site.
The shared income provides all team members with percentages of shared ad group revenue. All team members work together to create a successful website that will bring profits to all.
